Turnaround Time Notice:

• Production date starts after receiving all necessary components to fabricate case (i.e. bands, models, wax bites).

• Our drivers pick up and deliver once a day between 9am and 3pm. If case is finished early, it may be delivered on next run.

• For shipments outside the Portland, OR and Seattle, WA areas, please refer to the UPS U.S. Ground Transit Map to estimate shipping transit time when reviewing expected delivery dates.

• When scheduling patients, please factor in both production time and shipping.

• All timelines are estimates and may change due to unforeseen events, operational needs, or changes in production volume.
