What We Guarantee:

30-Day Fit Guarantee on all appliances to the patient ( the guarantee starts the day is delivered).

6-Month Coverage for all wires, expansion screws, and solder joints.

3-Month Guarantee for nightguards and acrylic defects.

30-Day Guarantee for invisible retainers.
Excellent Fit Exclusion:

Bands sized in lab. (Only Dr. sized bands and laser sintered bands qualify for the guarantee.)

Appliance made on a distorted model. (Laboratory will call to inform you of potential distortions)

Full price remakes require that original appliance be sent back with model.

Opposing model required for bite plates, pontics, habit appliances, upper lingual bars/archs, and splints.
