We understand accidents happen! However, retainers that have been crushed or chewed cannot be repaired to their original shape. A new retainer will need to be made from an accurate model or scan to ensure proper fit and comfort. We’ll guide you through the replacement process to make it as smooth as possible.

We prefer to receive the original model or appliance for all repairs. If the original is unavailable, a new model is accepted, though it’s not preferred, as it may affect repair accuracy.

Yes, our Excellent Fit Guarantee provides peace of mind. Some exclusions apply, such as appliances made on distorted models or damaged appliances returned without original components.
