We’re refining our production timelines to give every case the time and attention it deserves.

Our updated timelines allow for enhanced quality control throughout fabrication, from case review and production verification to finishing and final inspection.

Turnaround Time Notice: 

​

  • Production date starts after receiving all necessary components to fabricate case (i.e. bands, models, wax bites).

  • Our drivers pick up and deliver once a day between 9am and 3pm. If case is finished early, it may be delivered on next run.

  • For shipments outside the Portland, OR and Seattle, WA areas, please refer to the UPS U.S. Ground Transit Map to estimate shipping transit time when reviewing expected delivery dates.

  • For rush cases, contact Customer Service at (971) 249-0261.

  • All timelines are estimates and may change due to unforeseen events, operational needs, or changes in production volume.
